Faculty and Peer Coaching Training
Faculty and Peer Coaching Training is offered to administrators and educators who have completed the Learning Lenses Course. This add-on equips faculty and teachers to embed the Learning Lenses framework in their school’s teaching and classroom management practices.
This comprehensive course is for educators in Kindergarten through eighth grade and includes:
Faculty Coaching
Faculty coaching is a two-day add-on following the Learning Lenses course. Administrators, guidance, and support personnel are trained to become resident coaches. They receive hands-on mentoring from Hidden Sparks’ coaches at their school to understand diverse learning styles, supporting struggling students, and building the skills needed to coach colleagues effectively.
Peer Coaching
Peer coaching is also a two-day add-on course following the Learning Lenses course. Working in pairs, classroom teachers learn to apply the Learning Lenses framework in real time as they collaborate to support students more effectively. Grounded in classroom observations of student behavior and work, peer coaching conversations are anchored in a strengths-based lens. Throughout the year, each pair meets monthly – two teachers working side by side, using evidence from their classrooms to help one another reach every student more effectively.
