As educators, you give your heart and energy to your students every day. But who’s caring for your well-being? Teaching in today’s world comes with unprecedented stress and emotional demands. In this interactive webinar, educators will learn the foundational skills of the Community Resiliency Model (CRM)®, a practical approach grounded in neuroscience that helps you reconnect with your zone of well-being—what CRM calls your “Resilient Zone.” Through simple, body-based skills, you’ll learn to meet stress with compassion, recharge your nervous system, and create space for joy and presence in your work. When you cultivate your own resilience, you lead your classroom—and your life—with clarity, calm, and heart, sustaining your passion for teaching and protecting yourself from burnout.
